unconstrained and unconditioned need not follow the demands of non-contradiction, containing as it does all that's despised, cast out, and rejected. Including the impossible, and contradictory if it's to truly include all without distinction.
The univere's order is relative
The principle of Order like all ideas is a positive state allowing for degrees. All degrees because relative have some disorder to them. Only a 100% Order would be without disorder having no percentile of lack. But degrees of orderliness are necessary for order to be meaningful.

Metaphysics may start at the highest peak where universal axioms dwell, but to analyze what’s there we need the tools and the grit of things that live somewhere below.
6§ Some Useful Neologisms
In our journey toward self-realization, we often get stuck looking for the "Substance"—the final truth. But the Theory of Condition suggests that the "Procedure"—the act of conditioning itself—is what gives that substance its validity. You cannot have the Truth without the Way you arrive at it. They are locked in a recursive embrace where the end of the logic loops back to sustain the beginning.
Empirical objectivity will not work for a seeker of self-realization without the necessary balance of subjective perception. The basal structure of that Path we can’t change but its instantiate form isn’t set in stone. It’s a constant interplay between Reality informing us of what is and our informing Reality of what we want it to be.
8§ Condition is an Ontological Continuum
The ontological continuum of speed, for example, ranges from the maximum of lightspeed to a state of rest. Love (which has both ontology and valence) ranges along a spectrum of complete presence to complete absence which absence not having a term of its own is simply called “lovelessness”, unlike the absence of light being called “darkness”. While conditiona of love can evaluate hate it’s not found on the continuum of the love/lovelessness spectrum because hate isn't lack of love as absence as if love and hate were existentially opposite but instead are binary antitheticals.
Why Something?
Having established the idea of ‘condition of Condition’ it can be shown why Something rather than Nothing is the case. While the valuating quality of Condition makes ‘Something’ the case, the proof is defective until Condition valuates itself self-referentially becoming the condition of Condition (cofC). Condition needs first to have its own evaluating essence as a property in order to evaluate any other quiddity. Condition can do that once born of Essence where it transitions from essential property of Essence in potentiality, to function as an essence in fact.
